Velvyslanectví Korejské Republiky s potěšením oznamuje, že zkouška znalosti Korejštiny (TOPIK) se bude konat v Praze dne 12. října 2024.

[Jak se zaregistrovat]

• ● Registrační období: 11.7.2024 – 22.7.2024 (pondělí až pátek 9-11 a 14-16)
  
  

• ●Stavte se v tomto období na ambásadě s požadovanými dokumenty nebo je zašlete poštou.
  
  

• ●Návštěvu ambasády je nutno domluvit předem. Prosím napiště nám e-mail 
  s předmětem “Návštěva pro registraci na TOPIK – vaše jméno”
  

• ●Požadované dokumenty:
  
  1. Vyplněná příhláška (s 2 barevnými fotografiemi o velikosti 3x4 cm) – Fotografie vyfocené jinak než ze předu, nejsou přípustné. Prosím použijte standardní průkazové fotografie.
  2.    Poplatek: (TOPIK I – 700,- Kč / TOPIK II – 1000,- Kč) – Poplatek je možné uhradit pouze v hotovosti.

[Poznámky k registraci poštou]

1.  Požadované dokumenty musejí být doručeny na Velvyslanectví do 22 Července, na pozdější přihlášky nebude brán zřetel. Proto si prosím dejte pozor na případné zpoždění, či prodlevu na poště.

2.   Přiložte jednu kopii občanského průkazu

3.   Přihlášku vyplňte na PC a vytiskněte, rukopisem vyplněné přihlášky nebudou akceptovány.

4. Před odesláním přihlášky poštou, prosím pošlete vyplněnou přihlášku e-mailem na czech@mofa.go.kr. 
Až obdržíme váš e-mail, dáme vám vědět jestli je přihláška v pořádku a až poté jí můžete poslat poštou. 
Formát předmětu e-mailu: „Registrace na 96 test TOPIK – vaše jméno“

l Pravidla k vrácení peněz.

- Pokud svojí přihlášku zrušíte v registračním období (11.7 – 22.7), je možné plné vrácení peněz. 
V tomto případě se prosím dostavte na Velvyslanectví a vyplňte formulář pro refundaci

- Po uplynutí registračního období není možné vrácení peněz

- Pokud by byla zkouška zrušena z důvodu nedostatku zájemců, bude vám navrácena plná částka.

Výsledky testů budou vyhlášeny 28 listopadu 2024, svůj certifikát si můžete vytisknout zdarma na www.topik.go.kr

• ● Dostavte se 30 minut před zahájením zkoušky. Pokud přijdete pozdě, nebudete se moci zúčastnit!
  

• ● Před testem si připravte občanský průkaz nebo pas. 
  Studentské průkazy (např. ISIC) nebudou brány jako forma identifikace!
  
  
  

• ● Poznámky pro účastníky:

- Registrace třetí osoby není dovolena. Vyjímka: člen rodiny účastníka. 
V tomto případě, bude potřeba ověřené kopie dokumentu který dokazuje příbuzenský vztah.

- V případě nižšího počtu uchazečů než je minimální limit, 
bude zkouška zrušena a registrační poplatek plně vrácen.

- Změna místa účasti a úrovňe (TOPIK 1 nebo 2) než toho na které se zaregistrujete, není později možná.

[How to Register]

● Registration period: 11.7.2024 - 22.7.2024 (Mon-Fri, 9-11 am and 14-16 pm)

● Visit the Embassy with the required documents or send them by post

● Before visiting the Embassy, please make a reservation by e-mail. The subject of your e-mail should be as follows: “Visiting for TOPIK Registration – your name”

● Required documents:  

① Application form (attached with 2 color photos with 3x4 cm size) 
     - Photos taken from an angle other than the front (especially from the side) are not allowed, 
       please meet the photo standards used for identification certificate.

② Fee (TOPIK Ⅰ-700 CZK / TOPIK Ⅱ- 1,000 CZK) - Only cash possible

③ ID card

[Notes for registrations by post] 

1. Required documents for registration must arrive at the Embassy by July 22. Mails arriving after July 22 can not be accepted.

2. Please attach 1 copy of the ID card

3. Fill out the application form with a computer rather than by handwriting

4. Before send application forms by post mail, scan application form with photo and send email to  [czech@mofa.go.kr]

    When we receive your email, we will give a reply to you and let you know if required documents are prepared well enough to send by post.

        - Mail subject: The 96th TOPIK Registration - Applicant name

● Refund regulation

-  Registrations can be canceled and 100% refundable within the registration period (11.7-22.7). In this case, you must visit the embassy to fill out the refund form.

-  No cancellation or refund will be accepted after the application period

-  If the test is canceled due to an insufficient number of applicants, you will get 100% refund

[EXAM]

● Date: Saturday 12 October 2024

● Venue: Charles University (Address: Náměstí Jana Palacha 1/2)

※ The specific classroom will be announced on the website, please check the website before the test.

● TOPIK score

 - It will be released on 28th of November 2024, you can print the certificate at www.topik.go.kr for free.

[Additional information]

● Candidates must arrive 30 minutes before the start of the exam, latecomers will not be admitted!

● Please bring the document with your photo and code from the application form and your identity card or passport to the exam. (Student ID is not sufficient!) 

● Notes for candidates

- Registration by a third party is not allowed. Exception: family members of a registrant (In this case, a certified copy of the Family Relation Certificate is required)

- Please note that if the number of registrants is below the minimum requirement, the test will be canceled. In this case, registration fee will be fully refunded.

- No changes to exam level and no additional submissions after the deadline

- You can't take the test at a different site than the one you registered for (no change of test venue)
